Thank you for shopping with BalloonTime.ca! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Returns Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for our products and services.


1. General Return Policy

Due to the delicate and perishable nature of balloon products, many items are not eligible for return once delivered. However, we are committed to making things right if something goes wrong.

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • The product arrived damaged or deflated

  • You received the wrong item

  • The order was incomplete

  • There was an issue caused by our team or supplier

To qualify, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).


2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Helium-filled balloons

  • Customized balloons (names, messages, colors, themes, etc.)

  • Opened or used balloon products

  • Party supplies that have been unsealed

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance

These items are final sale due to hygiene, safety, and handling reasons.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours at  info@balloontime.ca Provide your order number

  2. Attach clear photos or videos of the issue

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement item

  • A store credit

  • A partial or full refund (case-by-case)

We aim to resolve all issues quickly and fairly.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 2 hours of placing the order — unless the order has already gone into processing.

Orders cannot be canceled if:

  • Customization work has already started

  • Balloons have been filled

  • Items have been shipped

After this point, the order becomes final.


5. Late or Missing Deliveries

We do our best to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to:

  • Weather

  • Courier issues

  • High-volume seasons

  • Incorrect address provided

While we cannot refund orders due to courier delays, we will assist you in tracking or resolving delivery issues.


6. Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds to your original payment method may take 3–10 business days

  • Store credits are issued immediately

  • Some banks may take additional time to process transactions

We will notify you once your refund has been processed.


7. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect items

Exchanges for preference changes (color, design, size, etc.) are not accepted once the order is processed.
